Choral Festival Registration

The 2019 Choral Festival registration is currently closed. The only remaining time slots available are at Norwood High School on Sunday, April 7th. If you are interested in participating in the 2019 at Norwood High School, please email Ryan DeWolfe at

Principal forms and payment will begin to be accepted on January 2, 2019. Any Check or PO sent before January 2nd will automatically be stamped as received on January 2nd. Principal forms and payment will be accepted via mail or scan/e-mail (see below). However, no directors will be able to select performance times until 3:00 pm on January 3rd to allow for equal access to principal forms and signatures. Therefore, no time selection will occur on January 2nd. After January 3rd, time selection will occur on a rolling basis.

Cost to participate in the Choral Festival for the 2018-2019 school year is $250.00 (Please note that the Choral Festival fee will be raised to $300.00 for the 2019-2020 school year.)

All Registrants:

  1. Please make sure you click onto the Choral Festival for choral ensembles (and not concert festival, which is for instrumental ensembles).

  2. Check and update your contact info, if needed.

  3. Register one or more ensembles for the festival. You can always modify this information later (such as how many students are in each ensemble).

  4. On your console, you will be able to see the ensemble(s) you have registered and print out the Principal Form for each ensemble.

  5. In order to select your performance time you must submit the following items either by mail or scan/e-mail:
           a. Signed Principal Form
           b. School Purchase Order or Check (Requisitions will not be accepted)

  6. Once the PO/Check and Principal Form have been received, you will be able to select a location and time. You will be sent an e-mail notifying you of this. If you have not been unlocked within a week after mailing the forms, e-mail .

  7. Once you have been unlocked to pick a location and time, you CANNOT change your location and time once selected; so select carefully.

  8. If you are taking more than one ensemble to the festival on the same day, you must have at least 1 hour and 20 minutes between ensembles' performance times to allow for warm-up, performance, and clinic.

  9. Times are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

First-Time Registrants:
When you first enter the registration area you will be asked if you are not yet registered. EVERYONE must create an account their first time. We recommend you choose something easy to remember for your username and password as you will be using this account for all MICCA sponsored registrations in the future. Once your account is created, you will then be sent to a page with a link to login and register your ensemble(s).
