The Principal Form has been revised to also serve as the INVOICE. The Principal Form/Invoice will be available through the portal starting on December 2, 2025. Please do not email co-chairs asking for invoices.
New Registrations will be temporarily paused on Tuesday, January 6th at 6:00 p.m. to allow the festival chairs to check on registered ensembles’ paperwork. Registration will re-open on Friday, January 9th at 2pm.
Time selection will be held on Thursday, January 8th at 3:30 p.m.
Program Submission deadline for both Concert and Choral is March 13th, 2026
When choosing a time on January 8th, please note that the shaded spots are string preferred. If your band chooses a string spot you may be asked to move it. The festival chairs will help with reach out to you if needed.
