- 1. Register each group separately by inputting data.
- 2. Download and print the Principal Form, get principal's signature, and prepare a purchase order or check and upload these documents to your MICCA portal.
- 3. Once you upload the principal form, and purchase order or check, each group director will be emailed that they may now enter their MICCA account and schedule their time(s) for the festival.
- 4. Times will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that registration does not become official until a purchase order or check and principal form with principal's signature is uploaded to the MICCA portal.
- 5. Log into the MICCA portal and click on your Solo & Ensemble groups name and at the bottom of the screen you will see Performance Time. Click 'Select Performance Time' in order to select that groups time.

Things to be considered:
- You cannot change the time once you choose it.
- Be aware of which groups students are in so there is no scheduling conflict.
